Anne Frank’s Horrific Childhood
Anne Frank is known for her diary called The Diary of Anne Frank was a young Jewish girl who lived and died during the Holocaust. Anne Frank was known for the diary that she wrote while hiding from the Nazis in an Amsterdam occupied Holland. Anne Frank was just 13 when she and her family went into hiding for two years in a secret annex.
Knowing that she could be killed at any time or day by the Nazis. They would be hunting all day for the Jews and trying to kill them. Anne Frank had a chaotic childhood, having to hide for two years in a secret annex knowing she could get shot at any moment.
Anne Frank was born in Frankfurt, Germany she lived most of her life in Amsterdam. Anne Frank moved to Frankfurt when she was only four. Anne Frank was born a German individual until she lost her citizenship because of the Nazis gaining control. This Meant that the Franks had been at the wrong place at the wrong time. As persecutions of the written about the two long years, they had lived in the secret annex. While Anne Frank and her family had been trapped in the secret annex she wrote about her life during the Holocaust and she also wrote about the daily struggles of a teenage girl. Anne started attending a Montessori school while she was there she was very outspoken and friendly. She had always loved reading and she had found out that she really liked writing. But Anne Frank was very secretive about what she wrote and never shared it with her friends and family.
Anne and Margot were able to talk to their friends and go to school but as time wore by Anne lost her youthful optimism and began to worry about their confinement. That didn’t cause Anne to lose hope that her life wouldn’t go back to being normal one day. Anne was convinced that she would be able to go back to school and socialize with her friends. Anne wrote in her diary that she had really wanted to be a writer one day. Since the family was stuck hiding in the secret annex and wasn’t allowed to go outside, Anne had spent all her time reading and writing in her diary. Anne had realized that her diary was a way to cope her feeling about hiding on a day to day basis, Anne had also talked about her family in detail and mentioned her relationship between each family member.
In conclusion, I hope that I clearly explained how horrible the holocaust and will always remember Anne Frank and how horrible and terrifying her childhood was during the Holocaust. The Holocaust was one of the biggest mass murders that had ever happened in history. I hope that you realized how disgusting Adolf Hitler was towards the Jews killing over six million innocent families during World War II. The Holocaust was something that should never be repeated again in history. That is, why we should all learn things from this and accept that some people are different and nobody is perfect, but we must accept our differences and get along. We should all make it a priority to look always on the bright side of life even when things are bad like Anne Frank did. We now know how evil the Nazis were and that many people now hate them. Anne Frank was a very inspirational person through her diary.
